Shipping Policy 

We will ship within 3-7 business days upon receiving your order (during promotional periods, orders may be delayed due to high demand). On average, orders are fulfilled within 3-4 business days. As some products are handmade or custom-made, order fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to the United States and Canada which typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days from the ship date. You will receive automatic shipping and delivery notification emails to keep you apprised of the shipping status. We ship using only trackable methods. Once a package is shown as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable if non-received products/orders. Unfortunately, porch piracy is a rampant problem everywhere.

Please be aware that when shipping to very hot climates, some of our products such as our candles may experience some melting.  The products are generally still usable once they re-solidify. In severe cases, please reach out to us. We will attempt to find a solution.
