Candles:
Our candles have an “even-burn guarantee.” If determined to be a manufacturing defect in the candle, we’ll gladly replace your candle.
There are a few exceptions:
Candle must remain away from drafty areas as that induces an uneven burn.
Using near a fan may cause an uneven burn due to airflow moving the flame to one side.
Candles should be burned in 3-hour increments to ensure a proper even burn.
Wick of the candle should be maintained to about 1/2 inch height from the top of the candle.
Natural & Essential Oils:
All natural and essential oil orders are final. These items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Potpourri:
Due to the nature of these items, all potpourri product sales are final. These items are non-refundable or exchangeable. Colors and pieces are subject to change and may be substituted.
