Shipping Information Scentual Nature uses UPS Ground to ship most orders. We have found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we do offer 2nd day air or overnight. There are additional shipping costs to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. (Please take into consideration the time it may take to produce your handmade product.) Most of our orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Some of our products have the ability of rush shipping. If a product does not offer rush shipping and you need it sooner than ground, please contact us at (360) 970 - 7345 or you can email us at sales@scentualnature.com . We will do everything we can to accommodate any special shipping needs. These products are noted and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We can, however, expedite shipping once the products are made if you so desire. We do apologize, but at this time Scentual Nature does not ship outside of the United States.
